Privacy and personal data.

Publisher and data controller: Luis Ortega, established in Spain. Contact: help@viceroute.com.

Browsing: OpenAI Sites hosting, using Cloudflare infrastructure, receives technical information such as your IP address, requested URL and information needed to deliver and secure pages. The purpose is operating and protecting the website, based on the legitimate interest in keeping it available and preventing abuse.

Tools: search and the download calculator run in your browser. Their inputs are not sent to Vice Route. Fonts and illustrations are served from this website.

Local storage: vice-saved stores saved guides, vice-checks stores your checked items, and vice-preferences stores preferences. These are written when you use those functions and remain on your device until reset or deleted through browser site-data controls. They do not sync between devices.

Email: contacting help@viceroute.com involves processing your address, message and information you choose to include to answer or handle your request. This relies on the legitimate interest in responding to incoming correspondence; data-rights requests are handled to comply with legal obligations. Avoid unnecessary sensitive or third-party information.

Retention: correspondence is kept as needed to handle the enquiry and applicable responsibilities. Local records remain under your control; technical hosting logs follow the provider’s service terms.

Recipients: providers necessary for hosting and email may process the relevant information to deliver their services. We do not sell incoming correspondence or turn it into a marketing mailing list. External links lead to websites with their own policies.

Rights: email the controller to request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page visits and performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or collect visitors’ personal data. We do not send search queries, calculator inputs or saved-list contents to that measurement. Advertising remains inactive. Local preference controls are not an advertising consent platform. Before enabling AdSense, this information will be updated and the applicable CMP integrated. Saving a guide is not advertising consent.

Any international transfers and safeguards depend on the providers and services in use. The controller must document hosting and email contractual safeguards before commercial opening. We do not claim that all data is hosted exclusively in Spain.
